Brandon Wardle is a native of the Central Valley and spent most of his adolescent years in O’Neals, California. He attended college at the University of Oregon in Eugene and was heavily involved in the Outdoor Research Program and Sports Marketing Team as well as a member of both the Theta Chi and Alpha Kappa Psi Fraternities.
Brandon would return home to California during his summer breaks from college to manage a multi-million dollar water ski resort at Bass Lake. He also worked as a Project Manager and Draftsman under the guidance of his father, Clayton Wardle, AIA.
In 2001 Brandon earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business with a double concentration in Finance and Accounting. Brandon spent nine months after his graduation traveling to over 16 countries including New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Poland, Spain, and Turkey.
Brandon was hired by Diversified Development Group as a Project Manager in 2002 and over the past six years has served as the Project Manager on the construction of 12 state of the art industrial buildings totaling 2.5 million square feet, over 100 tenant improvements and has contributed to the leasing of approximately 4 million square feet of lease space.
Brandon is an avid snowboarder, and wakeboarder. He also unwinds during the week by hitting the gym after work, or riding his bike in the early morning. |
